Wake up to your growth
already running.

I build you an AI growth system in two weeks: daily content in your voice, prospects scored overnight, distribution that compounds. You review for fifteen minutes and approve. Start with a quick-win sprint or keep me on as your operator.

01Built on operator experience
Amy Wilkinson, ex-CMO, founder and operator of Growth OS

Senior judgment. Not an agency.

10+ years as a CMO and consultant to startups. My work has helped companies grow to $400B in transaction volume, $500M valuations, and $50B in assets managed.

Growth OS is the system I built on that experience and now run on my own brand every day — fixing what breaks, codifying what works. What I run for you is the same architecture, transposed to your voice and your distribution shape.

02What we build

Six pillars. Modular. Compounding.

Each system stands alone. Together they form a self-running marketing operation. Custom-fitted to where you are, with components I've built and pressure-tested in production.

01 · Brand + voice

Sound like you. Always.

Your voice, extracted and encoded so every tool downstream writes like you on your best day. Code-level gates mean nothing robotic ever ships.

  • 90-min voice extraction interview + profile from 40+ of your posts
  • Brand guide encoded as rules every agent obeys
  • Voice re-versioned monthly from your corrections
  • Code-level AI-tell gates: zero robotic drafts ship, ever
Output: drafts that sound like you wrote them. Because functionally, you did.
02 · ICP + positioning

Right message. Right buyers.

Who you win with, why you win, and the words that prove it, written machine-readable so every downstream system targets and speaks from one ground truth.

  • ICP rings + scoring rubric the scrapers run on
  • Positioning canon + three messaging pillars
  • 90-day phasing wired to Notion / CRM as source of truth
  • Quarterly ICP review from real pipeline data
Output: every post, email and outreach pulls from the same strategy.
03 · Funnel + conversion

A path from stranger to signed.

The infrastructure between attention and revenue: landing copy, clean CTAs, capture, booking flows, and search visibility that compounds.

  • Site + landing copy built on what converts
  • One clean CTA per surface, A/B tested
  • Email capture + booking flows wired end to end
  • SEO + AI-answer-engine schema baked in
Output: attention has somewhere to land, and it converts.
04 · Distribution

Show up everywhere. Write once.

Daily and weekly cadence designed to build, not blast. X growth, LinkedIn growth, Substack strategy (if applicable) — cross-platform, voice-consistent.

  • X strategy + daily anchor / reply / follow queues
  • LinkedIn strategy + post / comment / connection batches
  • Substack strategy + weekly essay candidates
  • Cross-platform intelligence (what's native where)
Output: founder-led distribution that compounds week-on-week.
05 · Lead generation

Clients found overnight.

Scheduled scans surface high-intent prospects from demand signals, oversubscribed-thought-leader threads, and topic-driven discovery. Voice-gated drafts queued daily.

  • Overnight prospect scoring against your ICP
  • Outreach drafted with A/B variants + one clean CTA
  • Follow-ups scheduled and replies detected automatically
  • You promote winners to your pipeline with one word
Output: a working prospect list when you open your laptop.
06 · Marketing ops

An operation that runs itself.

The orchestration layer: inbox triage across your accounts, daily briefs, live dashboards, health checks, hard cost caps. Alerts only when something needs you.

  • Multi-inbox triage with reply drafts attached
  • One daily ops brief; alerts only when action is needed
  • Live dashboards your stakeholders can read
  • Hard cost caps: the whole engine runs under $6/day
Output: a 15-minute operator workday. The system handles the rest.
Add-on · Founder ops support · included inside any retainer

A senior operator on call.

Email and Slack support during business hours, daily briefs delivered where you actually work, voice profile re-versioning every 30 days, and monthly check-ins with quarterly reviews. Senior judgment in your loop, not junior agency labor.

03How to buy

Three packages. Same architecture.

Pick the depth that fits your stage. Pricing flexes by scope within each package, quoted after your diagnostic. Prefer to build it yourself? After Setup, stay covered with the Advisory retainer ($1,500/mo: I stay connected to your system, answers within 48 hours, one advisory call a month). And the Growth OS crash course (live cohort, $895) opens in July: the full architecture, taught.

I.
Workflow Sprint
One or two specific systems from the stack, built directly into your tools. Team trained to run them. Project-based, no recurring cost — the sharpest way to feel what compounding distribution actually looks like.
Includes · 1-2 modular systems · 90-min training · 30-day support
Timeline2 weeks + 30 days
Starting at€5,000
II.
Growth OS
The full six-system operating system. Voice profile, GTM wire-up, acquisition funnel, marketing operations, founder-led growth, founder ops support. Owned outright after a 2-week kickoff, or run by me on retainer.

Timeline3-6 weeks
Starting atQuoted on call
04Getting started

Two weeks to live. Then it runs.

From signature to a system you can hand off or have me run on retainer. Most of your time is in the first three days; the rest is mostly mine.

Day 1
Discovery + voice extraction
90-min discovery, 90-min interview capturing how you actually sound. We're not guessing your voice from a Notion doc — we're building it from 40+ posts and a real conversation.
3 hrs · you
Day 2-3
Voice profile build
Patterns, signatures, banned phrases, off-voice exemplars. You review and flag anything that doesn't sound like you. Every future output gates against this profile.
30 min · you
Day 4-5
Strategy + targets
Pillars, ICP rings, target accounts (Tier 1/2/3), press tier, friendly activation list. Customized from your actual network and 90-day goals.
async
Day 6-7
Architecture wire-up
Scheduled tasks, dashboards, connections to your X / LinkedIn / Notion / Slack (your pick for briefs delivery). The plumbing.
async
Day 8-9
Content seeds + calendar
Two weeks of anchor posts and reply micro-takes drafted, voice-gated, queued. You ship in your own words from Day 11.
async
Day 10
Validation + go-live
30-minute walkthrough. System activates. Tomorrow morning your first real daily brief lands wherever you chose — Slack or sidebar.
30 min · you
Total time from you · roughly 5 hours over two weeks.

Plus 15-30 minutes a day post-launch reviewing the brief, copying drafts, posting in your own words.

05Watch it run

A real morning, recorded.

Five minutes inside the system: what FounderGrowthOS is, the four agents on my team, the overnight briefs, a redline in plain language, one-tap approvals, and the dashboards where every agent shows its work.

06Questions

What founders ask before the call.

Will it sound like me?+
Yes. That's the point of the voice profile build on Days 2-3. You review the profile before anything goes live and flag any line that doesn't sound like you. The system gates every future output against it. The profile re-versions every 30 days from your corrections, so drift gets caught before it shows.
Do you write the posts for me?+
No. You write. The system surfaces what to write, who to engage with, and when. Drafts are starting points you can ship as-is or rewrite in your own words. Nothing posts automatically — every output is a draft you copy and paste.
How is this different from a ghostwriter or agency?+
A ghostwriter writes for you and your voice drifts. An agency rotates juniors through your account and senior judgment evaporates. This is an operating system with a senior person owning it. The architecture compounds — you get sharper distribution every week instead of plateauing at month three.
Sprint, Growth OS, or Bespoke — which one fits?+
Sprint if you want 1-2 specific systems from the stack and you're not ready for the full operating system. Growth OS (project) if you want all six systems and have an operator who can run it. Growth OS (retainer) if you want me to run it. Bespoke for unusual constraints. We figure it out in the intro call — that's the call's job.
How do briefs get delivered?+
Your pick. Either a persistent Cowork dashboard in your sidebar (refreshes 3x a day, status tracking persists), or daily messages posted to a dedicated Slack channel, or both. We wire it during Day 6-7 architecture setup.
What's the time commitment from me?+
Setup: roughly 5 hours over the two weeks (mostly Day 1). After go-live: 15-30 minutes a day reviewing the brief, copying drafts, posting. The system is designed so judgment stays with you and the operational load doesn't.
Does it work for non-English founders?+
The voice profile is language-agnostic — it's regex, corpus analysis, and an interview. English and Dutch tested in production. Other languages: pilot first, calibrate.
Who isn't this for?+
Pre-product/market-fit founders (too early — not enough signal). Founders who want to delegate writing itself (you still write). Set-and-forget buyers who can't ship 15 minutes a day. Anyone wanting outcome guarantees on follower counts or pipeline — those don't get sold here, because the system depends on what you ship.
What happens after the call?+
If it's a fit, a proposal within 48 hours covering scope, timeline, pricing, and what we need from each other. If it's not a fit, I tell you that directly and where I'd look instead. Either way you'll know.
07Next step

Two ways in: a free 20-minute intro, or the growth diagnostic.

If it's a fit I send a proposal within 48 hours. If it's not, I tell you that directly and where I'd look instead. The call has a job.
