System 03 of 06 · Social

Social that runs your brand, founder and team accounts on every channel.

Plans and publishes native posts for the company account and for the founder and team, each in their own voice, on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads and more. Turns what the company ships and says into posts built for each platform, schedules them for when your audience is there, and handles the replies and comments that follow.

What it reads

  • What the company is doing: releases, wins, events, talks and the pieces Content has ready.
  • Each account's own history: the brand's past posts and each person's, so every voice stays its own.
  • What performs on each channel, by format, topic and time, and the comments and replies that come back.

How it decides

  • The week's plan: which posts, on which channels, from which accounts, and when.
  • The native format for each platform: a carousel, a thread, a reel script, a short post, never one post pasted everywhere.
  • Which replies and comments need an answer, drafted from positions each person has already taken.

The rules it follows

Prepared daily. Approved by a person. Owned by you.

What it will never do

  • Post without the account owner's yes. Approved posts are scheduled natively on each platform; nothing else goes out.
  • Join engagement pods, buy followers or fake activity.
  • Put words in someone's mouth. Each person's posts are built from their own voice and positions.

Where it runs

  • LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Threads
  • Your brand kit
  • Slack or WhatsApp for approval

Nothing to migrate. The system reads and writes in the tools your team already opens every morning, and everything it builds is yours.

In practice

The studio runs its own social this way: posts planned and drafted for the founder and the brand across LinkedIn, X, Substack and Instagram, each approved before it goes out, with replies handled the same way.

What we need from you

  • Access to the accounts you want run: the company pages and each person's profile.
  • Your brand kit, and a few posts from each person that sound like them.
  • One approver per account, and five minutes a day each.

Questions

Questions about Social.

Which channels does it cover?
LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Threads are the usual set, plus Substack notes and others where your audience is. Each post is built natively for its platform.
Can it run accounts for my team as well as the company?
Yes. The brand account, the founder and anyone on the team each get their own plan and drafts in their own voice, approved by the person whose name is on it.
Does it post for me?
Once the account owner approves a post, it is scheduled and published natively. Nothing goes out without that yes, and you can edit anything before it does.
Does it handle replies and comments?
Yes, as part of the same routine. Comments and replies that deserve an answer are drafted from each person's positions and approved like any post.

Works with

One shared memory across every system.

Each system reads the same record of who you are talking to, what went out and what is on the calendar, so they get better together.
