System 04 of 06 · SEO

SEO that gets you found for what you actually sell.

Maps the searches your buyers already run, including the names for your product that you do not use yet. Turns them into page briefs with intent, outline and internal links into the site you already have, measured in your own Search Console.

  1. ReadsMon 06:30

Ninety days of Search Console. 3,400 queries, 210 pages.

  2. Reasons06:31

Buyers search “fractional growth lead” eight times more than your own term. You sit on page four for it.

  3. Connects06:32

Three existing pages already half-answer it. Internal links proposed from each.

  4. Remembers06:33

Five prospects used that exact phrase on sales calls. Quotes pulled for the brief.

  5. Drafts06:34

Page brief: intent, an outline in six parts, the quotes, the links.

  6. Checks06:35

Links only to pages that exist. Measured where you already measure.

What a fractional growth lead does, and when to hire one

Intent: commercial, early. Six sections. Links from About, Work and Build. Five customer quotes attached, sources inline.

What it reads

  • Your own Search Console: the queries you already show up for, and where you sit.
  • The words buyers use on calls and in replies, which are often not the words on your site.
  • Your site's structure, so new pages strengthen existing ones instead of competing with them.

How it decides

  • Improve or create: most wins come from fixing a page that half-answers a query, not from a new one.
  • Intent: whether a search is someone learning, comparing or ready to buy, and what the page has to do for them.
  • Links: which existing pages should point at the new one, so it inherits their standing.

The rules it follows

Prepared daily. Approved by a person. Owned by you.

What it will never do

  • Mass-produce pages. Templated pages at scale are exactly what search engines now penalise, and we will not put your domain at risk for a traffic graph.
  • Buy links or trade them.
  • Publish. Briefs go to whoever writes, and drafts come back to you.

Where it runs

  • Google Search Console
  • Your CMS
  • Ahrefs or Semrush, if you have one

Nothing to migrate. The system reads and writes in the tools your team already opens every morning, and everything it builds is yours.

In practice

We hold this site to the same rule. There are no templated pages here: every page was written to answer one real search properly, and it links to the pages that support it.

How the SEO system works, step by step →

What we need from you

  • Read access to Search Console and your CMS.
  • A list of the phrases customers use on calls, or access to the call notes.
  • Someone who writes or edits, in-house or ours.

Questions

Questions about SEO.

Is this programmatic SEO?
No. Programmatic pages at scale are the fastest way to a spam penalty now. The system finds the searches worth a page and writes a brief for each one; people write and approve the page.
How long until it shows results?
Search is slow. Fixing pages that already rank on page two or three tends to move first, often within weeks; new pages take months. We measure in your own Search Console so you see it directly.
Do I need an SEO tool subscription?
No. Search Console is enough to start. If you already pay for Ahrefs or Semrush, the system reads it too.

Works with

One shared memory across every system.

Each system reads the same record of who you are talking to, what went out and what is on the calendar, so they get better together.
